User Obligations

  • You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes and refrain from engaging in any activities that could harm or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
  • You are prohibited from copying, distributing, or disclosing any materials from the Platform without express consent.

Intellectual Property

  • All content provided through TeqCertify (including courses, materials, and branding) is the intellectual property of TeqCertify and its affiliates.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial use.

Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the appropriate procedures on the Platform. By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any terms of use. Limitation of Liability

Dispute Resolution

2. Placement Assistance and Guarantee:

TeqCertify provides placement assistance for all tracks offered through our platform. For students enrolled in residential programs, we offer a placement guarantee, which means that we will schedule interviews for you until you secure a job in your chosen field.
Placement Assistance: As part of our placement assistance, we will schedule interviews on your behalf and provide continuous support to help you land your first job. We work with job boards, connections, and industry partners to ensure that you receive multiple opportunities.

Placement Guarantee: For residential programs, we offer a placement guarantee. If you do not clear your interviews during the first round, we will continue to schedule more opportunities through various job boards and our extensive network until you successfully secure a job.

Lifetime Assistance: If, for any reason, you are unable to secure a job immediately, you will continue to receive lifetime placement assistance from TeqCertify. We will provide support until you are successfully placed, including offering additional interview opportunities and guidance. No Refund Window for Placement Guarantee: We do not disclose a specific window for refund claims under the placement guarantee, as your success is our priority. The responsibility for scheduling interviews rests with us, and we will keep arranging further interviews until you clear them.

3. Refund Policy:

Eligibility for Refund Course Cancellation by TeqCertify:

If TeqCertify cancels a course before it begins, you will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made. User-Initiated Refunds: Refunds for user-initiated cancellations are only possible within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed any course materials or participated in course activities. Non-Refundable Fees Any processing or registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after course access has been granted or once the course has started.

4. Pricing Policy

Course Pricing: The prices listed for each course on the Platform are the final amounts, excluding applicable taxes or additional fees.

Promotions and Discounts: TeqCertify may offer promotional discounts, special offers, or coupons, which will be applied at checkout. These offers are valid for a limited time and may be subject to specific conditions.

Currency: All payments are processed in [Currency], and prices are displayed in this currency unless otherwise specified.

7. NBFC Partnerships

TeqCertify may collaborate with third-party Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to offer various financial services, including but not limited to financing options, payment plans, and loans for the purchase of courses and services. These services are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective NBFC partners.

Financing and Payment Plans

Availability: Financing options or installment plans may be available through our NBFC partners, subject to their eligibility criteria and approval process.
Eligibility: To avail of financing options, you must meet the eligibility requirements set by the NBFC partner. TeqCertify is not responsible for determining eligibility for any loan or credit-related services.

Loan Terms: If you opt to finance your course or service through one of our NBFC partners, you will be required to agree to their terms, including interest rates, repayment schedules, and any associated fees. TeqCertify is not responsible for the terms or changes made by the NBFC partners.

Role of TeqCertify:
TeqCertify acts as a facilitator in connecting users with NBFC partners for financial services. We do not provide financial services directly and are not involved in the loan approval process, repayment schedules, or any financial disputes.

The NBFC partners are solely responsible for any financial products or services they provide. TeqCertify does not have any responsibility or liability for the financial terms, conditions, or performance of services offered by these partners.

Financial Risks: You acknowledge that taking out loans or financing options involves financial risk, including interest payments, penalties, and default risks. TeqCertify recommends that you carefully review the terms and conditions provided by the NBFC partners before committing to any financial arrangement.

Our services are provided “as-is” without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors or interruptions.

No Guarantee of Job Placement

While TeqCertify offers placement assistance for students, we do not guarantee job placement upon completion of any course or program. Success in securing a job depends on numerous factors, including but not limited to your qualifications, performance in interviews, and market conditions.

No Liability for Financial Services

TeqCertify acts as a facilitator for services provided by third-party NBFC partners. We are not responsible for any issues related to the financial products or services offered by these partners.
